RULES FOR RENTAL

 

• We dont ask to make a prepayment for the booking our motorbikes. You must provide photo of passport together with your address in Bali for booking confirmation.
• All prices shown on our website are in IDR.
• All prices shown on our website are in USD. At the moment, we accept payment only in cash in USD, IDR, EURO and AUD.
• In some cases, we can provide a big motorcycle without the appropriate driver’s license, but it will be necessary to pay a safe deposit.

• We provide all our motorbikes with a full petrol tank, expecting to see the same amount of fuel upon completion of the lease.
• Delivery and pick up service are free if the location is within Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, near areas).
• We providing our motorbikes together with the original registration of the vehicle, in case of loss of documents Gobike Rental Bali company will charge the renter.

• The Gobike Rental Bali company is obliged to provide 2 helmets for the motorbikes renter with working belt and visor.
• In case of the helmets or any extra items are lost or broken, the Gobike Rental Bali company will charge the renter according to the value of new items.
• Insurance: Gobike Rental Bali company provides full insurance for all our motorbikes from any damage / loss without any responsobility for customer (with additional charges).

• In case if any damages occur during the rental period the rent is obligated to provide all information about an accident to the Gobike Rental Bali company within 24 hours.
• The renter will be full responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the motorbike to be driven by other person.
• In any case if any damages caused to third parties as a result of the incident the renter will be fully responsible to it.
• With the cancellation of the rental of the motorbike on the initiative of the client, we retain 50% from the remaining term.
• For successful navigation in Bali, we recommend using the google map application in your smartphone with a local sim card. We can provide local sim card with internet package together with your motorbike upon request.

• It is not permitted to drive our vehicles outside the Bali island. If you are planning a trip to the neighboring islands is recommended to leave the motorbike on a paid parking lot near the bay.
